Introduction

The Decision Institute develops courses,  course programs and course materials for MBAs and executives in business and for higher education. Case writing and teaching are activities we perform to support and build up to existing courses.  The members of  The Decision Institute are experienced lecturers and speakers.

1. Growth & Innovation Strategy

2. Microeconomics of Competitiveness

Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MoC) is an MBA course on the competitive advantage of countries and clusters, which is disseminated via a network of around 100 universities and over 150 academics, founded by Prof. Michael Porter. Prof. dr. van Eenennaam of The Decision Institute has been an early member of the network and is co-chairman of the Global Impact Council of the MoC network and teaches the course and cases of the course. Prof. van Eenennaam was involved in the Erasmus University affiliation to the network and wrote, together with Prof. Michael Porter and associate prof. Jorge Ramirez Vallejo, the Dutch Flower Cluster case. This case is taught all over the world as part of the MoC Course as a case example of international linkages in the cluster.
