New MYBP Seminar at Harvard Faculty Club

The 2nd four-day seminar ‘Maximize Your Board’s Potential’ will be organized at the Harvard Faculty Club, Cambridge, MA from January 23-26, 2012. Focus of the seminar will be on maximizing the potential of the board of each company as well as the differences in management of companies in The Netherlands and the US. During the seminar, the delegates will spend a number of days discussing the best Harvard corporate governance cases under the inspirational guidance of Prof. Jay Lorsch, PhD and Prof. Krishna Palepu, PhD, professors at Harvard Business School, Prof. dr Fred van Eenennaam, professor of strategy and dynamics of strategy and expert in the field of family businesses, and Dr Rodria Laline, professional board advisor in global corporate, economic and technology governance. Understanding US corporate governance has proven to be extremely useful for those who intend to do business in the US or plan to expand their business ventures. The seminar is organized in cooperation with Intrabond Capital.

Evaluating your personal Board style

During one of the sessions personal board styles will be evaluated and discussed to see what details are needed to improve each ones personal style. The sessions will be held in the elegant Harvard Faculty Club on campus of one of the most beautiful universities of the US. During free time tours and walks will be organized on campus and in Cambridge.
