New MYBP Seminar at Harvard Faculty Club

After two successful editions, The Decision Institute & Intrabond will organise the 3rd four-day seminar ‘Maximize Your Board’s Potential’ at the Harvard Faculty Club, Cambridge, MA from March 18-21, 2013 Focus of the seminar will be on maximizing the potential of the board of each company as well as the differences in management of companies in The Netherlands and the US. During the seminar, the delegates will spend a number of days discussing the best and latest Harvard Cases on Corporate Governance & Boardroom Dynamics under the inspirational guidance of Prof. Jay Lorsch, PhD and Prof. Krishna Palepu, PhD, professors at Harvard Business School, Prof. dr Fred van Eenennaam, professor of strategy and dynamics of strategy and expert in the field of family businesses, and Dr Rodria Laline, professional board advisor in global corporate, economic and technology governance. Understanding US corporate governance has proven to be extremely useful for those who intend to do business in the US or plan to expand their business ventures.
