Next workshop May 8 – Partnerships & Investments
The Life Sciences industry is a complex industry. Entrepreneurs are facing various issues and are forced to make decisions continuously. From dealing with intellectual property and the location of the company and its position in the cluster to the used business model. All these choices have an impact on attracting capital and creating partnerships and thus on the success of the company. For example, would a fully integrated pharmaceutical company (FIPC) make different agreements with investors than a company that uses the platform business model? During the workshop Partnerships & Investments suggestions and practical tips are given and illustrated by the best practices and examples of Prosensa. Prosensa is a Dutch biotech company, a company that has made these difficult choices before and is still facing them today.
